In no event shall Noxgear, LLC or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not Noxgear, LLC has been advised of possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide services that you order from Noxgear, LLC or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall Noxgear, LLC be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content.

In no event shall Noxgear, LLC or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential injury to persons or damage to property caused by the use of any of our products. By purchasing from Noxgear, LLC, you hereby indicate that it is your sole responsibility as the buyer and not Noxgear, LLC, to determine and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws governing the purchase, possession and/or use of the products sold by Noxgear, LLC.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Noxgear mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Noxgear (“Noxgear”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Noxgear’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Noxgear through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Noxgear. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18557593511 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Noxgear mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Security of Your Personal Information

Noxgear, LLC is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit sensitive information (such as a credit card number) over the internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Customer Protection Policy

Noxgear, LLC makes customer security a priority. All pages asking for personal information during the checkout process provide encrypted data transmission. This security is denoted in the web address beginning with “https.”

In an effort to protect our customers, a valid phone number and verifiable billing and shipping addresses are required with each order. We may call to verify the billing and shipping information for any order. At our discretion, we may require an order only be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method. In such a situation, you will be contacted to determine how you would like to proceed with the order.

Noxgear, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion

Payment Options

We accept the following forms of payment:

Coupon Codes

A customer is permitted to use only (1) coupon code when placing an order. Coupon codes discount an item from it’s MSRP price (not the current sale price). Coupon codes can be applied after adding an item to your online shopping cart by entering and applying the coupon code in the proper location on the cart page.

Price Match / Lowest Price Guarantee

Within two weeks (14 days) following the day we received your order from, if you can prove a lower price for the same item(s) you purchased is currently available, we will refund you the difference between what you paid for your eligible order and the adjusted amount of your order total taking into consideration the verifiable, lower item pricing. To request a price match you must send an email to [email protected] with your original order number (from Noxgear) as well as proof of the lower price. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.


If the product fails during the course of normal use (excluding damage or failure resulting from misuse or neglect) within the first year of ownership, we will repair or replace the product (at Noxgear’s discretion based on the nature of the failure) at no charge to the customer (excluding the cost of shipping the product from the customer to Noxgear, LLC).

International customers must pay all shipping, handling and import/export expenses for the return of the product.

Taxes, Duties & Fees

Sales tax is only applied on orders shipping within the state of Ohio. International customers are responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties, and/or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

All Noxgear products come with a 45-day satisfaction guarantee for returns or exchanges. If for any reason you do not wish to keep a product AND you have not damaged the product through neglect or misuse, please contact our customer support using this form.

Return Process

  • You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us.
  • For US domestic orders, upon request, Noxgear can provide a pre-paid return mailing label and deduct the shipping cost from the refunded amount.
  • Once the product has been returned and verified to be in acceptable condition we will issue the refund back to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for this process. Refunds are only guaranteed within 45 days of the original order date. Items returned to Noxgear after this period may be subject to an additional service/restocking fee based on the condition of the item(s) received.

Exchange Process

  • You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us for exchanges.
  • If you provide a tracking number for the return shipment of an item or items being exchanged, Noxgear will make efforts to ship the exchange on the same or following business day (depending on what time the tracking information is received) to expedite this process. If a tracking number is not provided, upon receipt of the original item or items, Noxgear will schedule shipment of the exchange on the following business day.

Noxgear Nation Group Discount Program

By submitting your information (name, email) on our Group Member Sign-up page you are affirming that you are a member of or otherwise affiliated with the Group you select as part of the process of joining that Group on our sign-up page. Noxgear, LLC reserves the right to remove you from the Group Discount Program if we can reasonably determine you are not affiliated with the Group. Noxgear, LLC’s right to remove a person from the program is not limited to the aforementioned circumstance. We prohibit posting or sharing Group Coupon Codes outside of the members of the Group and their immediate family. If a code is found on a “coupon website” or elsewhere on the internet that is accessible by the general public, we may remove the Group and their Discount from the program.
