Pave It Forward – Mobley Family Memorial 5K Run / Walk Sponsored by Noxgear

Noxgear along with Keysports and local running group The A-Team Runners teamed up to create the first annual Pave it Forward 5K Run / Walk for the Mobley Family. On December 12th father Shaun Mobley lost his wife Alicia, sons Jacob and Shaun Jr, and their grandfather Forrest Carroll to a devastating house fire. The Pave It Forward 5K had nearly 250 participants and raised over $10,000 for the Mobley family.

Noxgear was honored for the opportunity to help sponsor and organize the 5K event in such a short period of time. Countless local business from the Dayton area provided raffle items and made monetary donations to the Mobley Family Fund. Noxgear, Keysports, and The A-Team Runners were invited onto Living Dayton the day before the 5K to help inform the community. It goes without saying that the community, race volunteers, and sponsors really came together in a amazing display of compassion and support in the days leading up to and during the event.
